Coupled with the low processing temperature of 130°C (266°F), this ensures that bleeding is no longer possible.

4. Do I always need to use Sublibloc on polyester?

No, only when the print is of a light color and the fabric is of a dark color.

Example 1: For a cobalt blue Flex print on a cream-colored 100% polyester softshell jacket, Sublibloc is not necessary as the color of the jacket is much lighter than the print. Example 2: When using a white Flex print on a dark red 100% polyester softshell jacket, it is advisable to use Sublibloc because otherwise, the red pigments could gradually become visible in the white Flex print.
