Processing MagiCut Silicone is a breeze.
For optimal results, follow these simple steps:
- Cold Peel: Remove the carrier while cold (Cold Peel).
- Create Design: Mirror your design in your software.
- Plotting: Place the flex foil in your cutting plotter with the matte side up.
- Peel: Remove the excess flex foil (Peel).
- Pre-press: Pre-press the textile for 4 seconds with your transfer press.
- Pressing: Place your design and press for 20 seconds at 150°C.

The biggest difference is in the elasticity and feel.
- Silicone flex film is much more stretchable and feels softer and more rubbery. It’s ideal for extreme stretch and softness.
