5 reasons to choose MagiCut Silicone

MagiCut Silicone distinguishes itself from other flex films through a number of unique properties:

  • In stock: No long wait times! MagiCut Silicone Flex Film is available for immediate delivery, so you can get started on your projects quickly.
  • Matte, rubberized finish: Create a luxurious, high-quality look with the signature matte rubber/silicone finish. This gives your designs a professional, tactile quality.
  • Sublibloc / blockout function: One of the most impressive features of MagiCut Silicone is the built-in sublibloc function. This means that the film prevents the sublimation pigments from bleeding through. So you can also print polyester fabrics with MagiCut Silicone without any worries, regardless of the color of the fabric.
  • Easy to work with: Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned professional, MagiCut Silicone is easy to plot and peel, saving you time and effort in your production process.
  • Durable and washable: The film is washable at up to 60°C, guaranteeing long-lasting results. Your printed items will retain their quality, even after frequent washing.

MagiCut Silicone 500: The right thickness

MagiCut Silicone 500 (500 micron) is specifically designed for projects that require a thicker, more prominent print, the 500 micron variant is perfect.

Why choose Silicone flex?

The biggest difference is in the elasticity and feel.

  • Silicone flex film is much more stretchable and feels softer and more rubbery. It’s ideal for extreme stretch and softness.
  • PU (polyurethane) flex film is also stretchable and durable, but generally less elastic than silicone and can feel slightly thicker. It’s a versatile film for many textile applications.
  • 100% Cotton
  • 100% Polyester
  • Cotton mix
  • Polyester/cotton mix
  • 100% sublimated polyester
