Information
The Poli-Flex nylon is an ecological, tested polyurethane flex film with a matte appearance and has a special stronger adhesive layer than other HTV’s. It is a certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100. With the Poli-Flex nylon you can cut out texts, numbers and logos with a cutter and print them on nylon and dirt-resistant and water-repellent fabrics.

| Cut out the design in mirror image. Peel away the excess flex with a peeling blade. Position the design with the carrier facing up. Set the transfer press to low pressure (2-3 bar). Pre-press the textile at 150°C for 4 seconds. Squeeze the nylon flex at 150°C for 10 seconds. Remove the carrier warmly. Press the t-shirt at 150°C for 10 seconds with baking and release paper. | |

| Washable up to 40ºC, do not iron over the print, do not tumble dry. For textiles with a print, it is preferable not to use fabric softener. Do not wash within 24 hours of pressing. | |

Top product for softshell jackets, sometimes regular flex bleeds through and then this is better than block-out (tears after washing) which is a slightly stiffer material than the nylon flex
