Mug press HTP621

The HTP621 mug press is for printing mugs, cups, espresso cups, bottles, thermos bottles, water bottles or drinking cups. The mug press comes standard with an element for mugs. Interchangeable elements are available for the different cups or for printing bottles. To determine which element you need, the diameter of the product you are going to print is important. The element must fit well with the product for a good and perfect end result. In addition to sublimation, the mug press can also be used for TheMagicTouch transfer paper CPM. The M-pad ensures that a good pressure distribution is established for transfer paper. For printing with the theMagicTouch transfer paper CPM 6.2 there are special satin mugs, cups and espresso cups. The mug press takes up little space and has a size of 41 x 38 x 19 cm and weighs 10 kg. Manufacturer’s warranty on the 1-year parts based on bring-in.

The secret behind the improved pressure application is the pressure lever and the angle at which the lever moves when applying pressure to the substrate. In standard mug presses, the slide travels in a strictly horizontal path, resulting in uneven surface pressure. This can lead to unwanted consequences due to wrinkles in the transfer paper. The arc mug press liver moves smoothly in an arc pattern that exerts even pressure on the surface of the substrate. With this easy adjustment, paper wrinkles are virtually eliminated and the surface pressure is more even, resulting in beautifully sublimated products.

In addition to the improved push lever, the Redesign of the Arc features a universal dual digital display, an updated adjusting screw for wrenchless adjustments and improved anti-slip pads for production stability.
