Description
The Poli-Flex Nylon is an eco-friendly, tested polyurethane flex film with a matte finish. It is specially designed for use on dirt-resistant and water-repellent fabrics, featuring a stronger adhesive layer than standard heat transfer vinyls. With the Poli-Flex nylon you can cut out texts, numbers and logos with a cutter plotter.

Instructions
POLI-FLEX Nylon
Cut out the design in mirror image.
Peel away the excess flex with a peeling blade.
Position the design with the carrier facing up.
Set the transfer press to low pressure (2-3 bar).
Pre-press the textile at 150°C for 4 seconds.
Squeeze the nylon flex at 150°C for 10 seconds.
Remove the carrier warmly.
Press the t-shirt at 150°C for 10 seconds with baking and release paper.
Washing instructions
Washable up to 40ºC, do not iron over the print, do not tumble dry. For textiles with a print, it is preferable not to use fabric softener. Do not wash within 24 hours of pressing.

Top product for softshell jackets, sometimes regular flex bleeds through and then this is better than block-out (tears after washing) which is a slightly stiffer material than the nylon flex
