Description
The Poli-Flex premium is a polyurethane heat transfer vinyl with a matte appearance. It is a certified by Oeko-Tex Standard 100. With the Poli-Flex premium you can cut out texts, numbers and logos with a cutter and print them on casual clothing, sportswear, bags and promotional items. The carrier of the Poli-Flex premium is highly adhesive and therefore also suitable for very small and detailed designs. Washable up to 80°C, making it ideal for industries that require higher washing temperatures.

Instructions
POLI-FLEX Premium
Cut out the design in mirror image.
Peel away the excess flex with a weeding tool.
Position the design with the carrier facing up.
Set the transfer press to medium pressure (4 bar).
Press at 160°C for 15 seconds.
Remove the carrier warmly.
Washing instructions
Washable up to 80ºC, do not iron over the print, do not tumble dry. For textiles with a print, it is preferable not to use fabric softener. Do not wash within 24 hours of pressing.

After years of using the flex from Siser, I recently became acquainted with the flex from Politape. Personally, I think it’s a very nice flex with a sufficiently sticky carrier that peels easily. I am also very satisfied with the result after washing. I myself throw everything in the dryer, although I advise my customers not to do that, but even then it stays perfectly on. Just ordered a full new roll.

The difference between TheMagicTouch’s premium Poli tape flex and premium flex is that the backing is a little more sticky. The Flex of Poli-tape seems to me to be a bit thinner than that of The Magic Touch, but I’m not sure if that’s actually the case. I use The Magic Touch Flex for my larger designs and the poly-tape premium for the smaller detail designs. I’ve noticed that the small details stay a little better on the backing, making them easier to cut. With the MagiCut flex, the dots of the i, for example, sometimes come loose with very small logos) and that is less so with the poly tape. Peeling is a bit trickier, but doable. Very satisfied with both flex foils, but each flex has advantages and disadvantages compared to each other.

As far as I’m concerned, this is the nicest flex there is. I’ve been using it for years. I once tried a different brand, but if you are used to this one, another brand is really nothing.
The flex is easy to peel and stays beautiful on the textile for a long time. For me no other brand more than this flex.
