Poli-Flex Reflex is designed to enhance the visibility of clothing and is widely used for workwear and safety apparel. The flex film is reflective and highly visible in low-light conditions or bad weather. This product helps improve the safety of employees, particularly those working near roads or in other situations where good visibility is crucial to prevent accidents.

Instructions
Poli-Flex Reflex colours
Cut out the design in mirror image.
Peel away the excess flex with a peeling blade.
Position the design with the carrier facing up.
Set the transfer press to medium pressure (3 bar).
Press at 145°C for 8 seconds.
Remove the carrier warmly.
Poli-Flex Reflex 4782
Cut out the design in mirror image.
Peel away the excess flex with a peeling blade.
Position the design with the carrier facing up.
Set the transfer press to medium pressure (3 bar).
Press at 160°C for 15 seconds.
Remove the carrier warmly.
Poli-Flex Reflective Turbo 4783
Cut out the design in mirror image.
Peel away the excess flex with a peeling blade.
Position the design with the carrier facing up.
Set the transfer press to medium pressure (3 bar)
Cotton: Press at 130°C for 8 seconds. Polyester: Press at 160°C for 5 seconds.
Remove the carrier warmly.
Poli-Flex Reflective Nylon
Cut out the design in mirror image.
Peel away the excess flex with a weeding tool.
Position the design with the carrier facing up.
Set the transfer press to low pressure (2 bar)
Press at 150°C for 4 seconds.
Remove carrier warm and press again for 10 seconds.
Washing instructions
Washable up to 40ºC, do not iron over the print, do not tumble dry. For textiles with a print, it is preferable not to use fabric softener. Do not wash within 24 hours of pressing.
