The RDTFS800 is Roland DG’s recommended shaker, designed to perfectly complement the TY-300’s high speed output.
Achieve fast powder application and curing speeds with productivity of up to 25m²/hr.
The TY-300 supports standard production at 10.9m²/hr and high-speed output at 17.5m²/hr, giving users confidence and
consistency.
An integrated printer and shaker jig alignment system ensures both units remain parallel for smooth media handling and consistently accurate print runs.
Usability & Features
An intelligent powder control system automatically dispenses more powder when levels are low, reducing manual checks and interruptions.
Dual powder collection trays support longer, uninterrupted operation and improved efficiency.
