1. Blade and Powered Tool Compatibility
Silhouette tools are categorized by Tool Type (A, B, C, or Power), which often dictates which machine carriage or adapter they need. Newer machines (Cameo 4/5) use Type B, C, and Power tools natively in Carriage 2, and require adapters for older Type A tools.
