The Cameo 4 Tool Apater set offers 4 adapters that allow you to use Silhouette tools from previous machine models with the Silhouette Cameo® 4. The compatible tools you can use with the adapters are the Standard Blade, Premium Blade, Fabric Blade, Deep-Cut Blade, 2mm Kraft Blade, and Silhouette-Sketch Pen (only the Sketch Pen with the black body are compatible with the Cameo 4 tool adapter). These adapters can be reused.

I use these a lot in the Cameo 4 because I also use the blades from the Cameo 1 and 2. You then click the holder around it and it also fits in the machine.
