* TIF: RGB type with transparency (supports uncompressed, but NOT LZW or Zip compression).*
* PNG (Portable Network Graphics): With transparency.
* JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group): RGB only (CMYK JPGs are not supported).
* GIF (Graphic Interchange Format): With transparency (best for limited-color images like logos, as it only supports 256 colors).
* BMP (Windows Bitmap).

TheMagicTouch Software acts as a dedicated print utility, automatically optimizing your design for your specific printer and transfer paper. It manages critical settings, ensuring perfect results by handling:

* Precise Color Profiles and the correct amount of (white) toner application.
* Optimal Printer Settings for proper fusing and media handling.
* Automatic Mirroring of the image when required.*

If your license file name begins with TheMagicTouch_xxxxxxx.license: You can proceed with the standard upgrade installation using [link to upgrade instructions].
If your license file name does NOT begin with TheMagicTouch_: Please contact our support department. We will convert your old, eligible license to a new compatible one free of charge.

Yes, absolutely! You can use the TheMagicTouch Software Free Trial to test the full functionality for two weeks.
After the trial period, the software remains active, but the printing function will be disabled.

Important: If purchasing the software for an existing printer, we require the exact serial number of that printer. The easiest way to get this is by printing the printer’s configuration page.

No, a native Mac OS version of the software is not available due to high development costs.
Workaround: You can complete all design work on your Mac, but you must use a simple, dedicated Windows PC with TheMagicTouch Software installed to perform the final print job.

No. While Software Pro is specialized for white toner (CMY+W) printers, we also offer Software Basic for a wide selection of CMYK printers. Both versions ensure correct settings for all TheMagicTouch media, including sticker foils and regular paper.

Yes. The software includes all standard settings for printing on regular paper. It also provides dedicated settings for our TheMagicTouch SPF sticker foil, allowing you to easily print various durable plastic stickers.
