Description

With the Ultimate Print Nylon 4035 you can print texts, numbers and logos and at the same time cut via a Roland BN-20 or other (eco) solvent, UV or latex printers.

The printable HTV from Poli-Tape is a printable heat transfer vinyl suitable for dirt-resistant and water-repellent fabrics. The Ultimate Print Nylon 4035 variant adheres more strongly to fabrics than the other Poli-Flex films. With the Ultimate Print Nylon 4035 you can print texts, numbers and logos and cut at the same time via a Roland BN-serie or other (eco) solvent, UV or latex printers.

Instructions

Ultimate Print Nylon 4035

Print and crop your design (not mirrored) .
Peel away the excess foil with a weeding tool.
Place poli-tack 853/854 or MagiCut application tape over the print and press it with a squeegee.
Remove Ultimate nylon from the backing so that the Application tape and print remain.
Set the transfer press to medium pressure (4 bar).
Press the MagiCut application tape to 150°C for 10 seconds.
Remove the the application tape cold.

Washing Instructions

Washable up to 40ºC, do not iron over the print, do not tumble dry. For textiles with a print, it is preferable not to use fabric softener. Do not wash within 24 hours of pressing.
