The Ultimate Print Nylon 4035 is a printable HTV designed for use on both light and dark textiles, specifically designed for outdoor applications and nylon fabrics.

Information
With the Ultimate Print Nylon 4035 you can print texts, numbers and logos and at the same time cut via a Roland BN-20 or other (eco) solvent, UV or latex printers.
The printable HTV from Poli-Tape is suitable for dirt-resistant and water-repellent fabrics. The Ultimate Print Nylon 4035 variant adheres more strongly to fabrics than the other Poli-Flex films. You can use Ultimate Print Nylon 4035 with PoliTack 853/854 or MagiCut application tapes.

| Print and crop your design (not mirrored) . Peel away the excess foil with a weeding tool. Place poli-tack 853/854 or MagiCut application tape over the print and press it with a squeegee. Remove Ultimate nylon from the backing so that the Application tape and print remain. Set the transfer press to medium pressure (4 bar). Press the MagiCut application tape to 150°C for 10 seconds. | Washable up to 40ºC, do not iron over the print, do not tumble dry. For textiles with a print, it is preferable not to use fabric softener. Do not wash within 24 hours of pressing. | |
